Heat
5 services- Boiler installation A straight swap or a move to a new position — boiler, flue, controls, and the pipework left worth looking at.
- Boiler repairs and servicing It has locked out, it is losing pressure, or it is due the annual service.
- Central heating and radiators Whole systems, new pipework, radiator swaps, thermostatic valves and balancing.
- System cleaning and magnetic filters Black sludge is usually why the radiators are cold at the top. Flush it out, then keep it out.
- Landlord gas safety certificates The annual CP12 across every gas appliance in a let property.
Water
3 services- Bathroom installation The whole room, from ripping the old one out to the last bit of sealant.
- Leaks and burst pipes Finding it first, then fixing it — under a floor, in the loft, behind a wall or out on the drive.
- Taps and outside taps Dripping mixers, a new kitchen tap, and hot and cold taps run out to the garden.
